Please have the following evidence ready to upload:

Birth certificate, passport or driver licence
- Medicare card
If applicable, please also supply the below evidence:
- Form 043 Application for Credit Transfer & Student Consent (upload with a copy of any previously achieved units)
- Evidence that you work in the public sector (if applicable to your program)
- QLD Students - Evidence you have completed the Level 1, 2 and 3 courses.
Note: Cut off for invoices referencing a purchase order prior to EOFY 25/26 has passed. We can only facilitate online credit card payments until 30th June 2026 for those wishing to pay prior to end of financial year.
Please note, your course fees are still due for payment if you do not successfully complete the program. You are able to purchase an extension for a fee. If you do not purchase an extension before your enrolment is cancelled, you are eligible to re-enrol.
